Radisson Blu Udaipur Palace Resort & Spa welcomed the holiday season with its signature Cake-Mixing Ceremony. Led by Mahesh Singh Jasrotia, Vice President, the traditional ritual brought together leading guests, influencers, industry partners, and members of the hospitality fraternity in a warm celebration of festive indulgence. The event was further graced by the participation of Udaipur-based decor and event planners whose presence added to the spirit of camaraderie and seasonal cheer.

The venue radiated seasonal charm, accentuated by elegant décor and classic holiday melodies that echoed the spirit of Christmas. Participants were provided with an exquisite assortment of premium dried fruits, exotic nuts, fragrant spices, and curated spirits, allowing them to blend rich flavours that will go into the resort’s celebratory Christmas cakes. The experience was elevated further by a specially curated Christmas-inspired feast by the hotel’s culinary team, adding a delectable touch of cheer to the holiday season.

The ceremony culminated in a relaxed celebration featuring classic finger foods and mulled wine, adding a cosy winter touch to the evening.

Speaking on the occasion, Mahesh Singh Jasrotia, Vice President, Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur, shared, “The cake-mixing tradition is a beautiful reminder of how celebrations bring people together. At Radisson Blu Udaipur, we value the relationships we build with our guests and partners who continue to contribute to our journey of hospitality and memorable experiences.”

This annual ceremony reinforces the resort’s commitment to blending cultural heritage with global hospitality standards. The event not only honours a centuries-old culinary tradition but also reflects the hotel’s dedication to creating meaningful seasonal celebrations that resonate with Udaipur’s luxury landscape.
