This September, QLA presents a new dining experience with the launch of its Pizza & Wine Pairing menu. Created as a seasonal showcase, the menu pairs artisanal pizzas with carefully selected wines, turning a classic combination into a refined culinary journey. Each pairing has been developed by Chef Dipender Tiwari and QLA’s sommeliers to highlight balance, flavour, and character, ensuring that every slice and every sip tells the same story.
Set against the timeless silhouette of the Qutab Minar, QLA has built its reputation as one of Delhi’s most unique addresses for contemporary European dining. Known for merging French, Italian, and Spanish influences in a backdrop that feels both intimate and stylish, the restaurant is as much about atmosphere as it is about gastronomy. The new menu signifies this philosophy, taking European traditions and reinterpreting them with modern creativity.

The pairings have been crafted with precision. The parma ham + burrata is matched with piccini merlot to cut through its richness, while the wild garden + truffle with gatao rose wine discovers harmony with a delicate Rosé. For those seeking indulgence, the zucchini + ricotta is paired with a gatao white wine, offering an elegant expression of land and sea. Vegetarian options, gluten-free bases, and vegan-friendly toppings guarantee that the experience is inclusive without compromising its sophistication.
