Rajasthan Tourism declared the much-awaited Pushkar Camel Fair 2022 to be started on Nov 1st and will continue till Nov 9th.
The world-renowned Pushkar fair in Pushkar is celebrated at the beginning of the Hindu month of Kartik. The fair has been attracting tourists and photographers from all across the world. The fair is known for its most popular aspects like Camel races where traders participate in buying and selling of cattle, and Souvenir stalls where people purchase goods and mementos from local markets. Rajasthani garments, cloth pieces, and camel saddles can be bought from these markets as souvenirs. In addition, women can get attractive jewelry for themselves.
Pushkar fair is also a heaven for photographers around the world, for its colorful presentations, the spirit of Rajasthani culture, folk dance and music. Locals, as well as travelers, are equally excited to attend this year’s fair in the post covid situation.
