Pullman New Delhi Aerocity and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity announce the appointment of Archana Rawat as Housekeeping Manager. With over 6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Archana brings a strong foundation in housekeeping operations, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In her new role, Archana will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations across both properties, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces. She will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational efficiency, while enhancing overall guest satisfaction.
Archana has been associated with renowned hospitality brands including Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek, The Dubai EDITION, JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa, and Trident Jaipur. Over the years, she has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline housekeeping operations, implement effective SOPs, manage inventory and budgets, and build motivated, high-performing teams aligned with brand standards.
Known for her attention to detail, guest-centric approach, and strong leadership skills, Archana consistently drives operational excellence while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. Her ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery makes her a valuable addition to the team.
