New Delhi, April 2025: Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity announced the appointment of Mohit Khanna as Director of Finance. With over 15 years of dynamic experience spanning hospitality, retail, and oil sectors, Mohit brings a wealth of financial expertise, strategic acumen, and a sharp eye for compliance and operational efficiencies to the dual-branded flagship property.
A qualified Chartered Accountant, Mohit began his professional journey as an Audit Manager at PKF Sridhar and Santhanam (a consultancy firm), where he provided consultancy services and conducted audits across various sectors, including hospitality. He eventually transitioned into the hospitality industry, where he held impactful roles with Marriott International.
Over his decade-long tenure with Marriott, Mohit played a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy for Marriott properties such as JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru, JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi, Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, JW Marriott Hotel Chandigarh, and most recently, Le Meridien Gurgaon, Delhi NCR, where he led the finance function.
Recognized for his exceptional financial stewardship, strategic foresight, and a collaborative leadership style, Mohit has received numerous accolades, including the APEC Award for Owners Relations in 2021, the South Asia Award for Owner Relations in 2022 from Marriott International, and the HOD/Leader of the Year award at JW Marriott Chandigarh and Le Meridien Gurgaon.
His appointment marks a homecoming of sorts, as he returns to Aerocity—where he once served as Assistant Director of Finance at JW Marriott New Delhi—to now lead financial operations for one of the region’s most prestigious hospitality destinations.

Outside the boardroom, Mohit is a passionate cricket enthusiast. He often draws parallels between finance and his favourite sport—both requiring precision, strategic thinking, and a winning mindset.
