Pride Hotels Marks World Tourism Day with Cultural ‘India Dekho with Pride’ Campaign
New Delhi, September 28, 2024: Pride Hotels Group marks World Tourism Day 2024 with its ongoing “India Dekho with Pride” initiative, which has, over the past year, invited travellers to experience India’s rich cultural festivals. Launched on World Tourism Day 2023, this campaign has guided guests through India’s most significant festivals, providing a unique blend of luxury accommodation and authentic cultural experiences across the group’s properties.

The year began with Makar Sankranti at Pride Hotel Bhopal, where guests enjoyed kite flying and traditional treats. In March, Pride Hotel Pune hosted visitors for Holi, featuring vibrant celebrations and relaxing accommodations. April saw Pride Hotel Chandigarh celebrate Baisakhi with regional festivities and traditional feasts.
June brought the Rath Yatra in Odisha, with Pride Ananya Resort providing a serene retreat after the grand procession of Lord Jagannath’s chariots. In August, Pride Hotel Chennai celebrated Onam with a regional feast and cultural performances, offering a taste of South Indian traditions.
Currently, Pride Plaza Hotel Ahmedabad is at the heart of Navratri celebrations, allowing guests to partake in vibrant garba and dandiya nights. Other properties like Pride Plaza Aerocity New Delhi, Pride Plaza Kolkata, and Pride Hotel Pune are also engaging guests with special Navratri events and festive initiatives.
As September draws to a close, Pride Hotels prepares for the final months of the year, when Goa becomes the epicentre of festivities with its Christmas and Carnival celebrations. Guests can experience Goa’s iconic beachside parties, music parades, and cultural spectacles at Pride Sun Village Resort and Spa this December.
