With an illustrious career spanning over two decades, Shibu brings a wealth of experience and a stellar reputation for elevating culinary and beverage programs to world-class standards.
He has worked with some of the most prestigious hospitality brands in India, including Marriott International and The Lalit Hotels, where he gained extensive expertise in food and beverage operations, concept development, and team leadership. His last assignment was with Sea Princess Hotel in Juhu, Mumbai, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the culinary offerings and delivering unparalleled dining experiences.
In his new role at Pride Hotels Group, Shibu will spearhead the food and beverage strategies for the group’s 60+ hotels across India, focusing on enhancing guest experiences, curating innovative dining concepts, and setting new benchmarks in service excellence.
