Pour Over Coffee Roasters (POCR) has unveiled its revamped outlet in Khan Market, introducing an all-new AM to PM bar.

Designed as an all-day space that seamlessly transitions from morning coffee rituals to after-work cocktails, the refreshed café–restaurant–bar reflects POCR’s ethos of blending a modern pace with an on-culture, community-driven experience. Open daily from 7 AM to 12 AM, the space continues to champion an honest and accessible approach to brewing, prioritizing authenticity, traceability, and craft. Founded by siblings Ritika and Aditya Sharma, POCR has quickly evolved into a hub for conversation, bringing together global coffee practices with the warmth of Indian hospitality in the heart of Delhi.

The food menu complements this evolution with a wide-ranging selection that moves effortlessly from breakfast to dinner, positioning POCR as both a café and a culinary destination. Guests can begin their day with dishes such as the Classic Granola Parfait, Shokupan French Toast, American Buttermilk Pancakes, Croissant Sandwiches, the Mediterranean Shakshouka Skillet, and the much-loved Mumbai Keema Pao. As the day progresses, the menu expands into fresh, satisfying options including the Fresh Quinoa & Avocado Salad, Burrata Salad, House Caesar Salad, Chilli Avocado Toast, and Wild Mushrooms & Truffle Sourdough. PO’s Comfort Bowls—such as the Fajita Bowl and Mediterranean Bowl—offer wholesome, hearty choices, while the larger menu features burgers, sandwiches, quesadillas, tacos, pizzas, pastas, and risottos.

For those seeking more substantial fare, dishes like Rosemary Lamb Chops, Red Wine-Braised Chicken, Seared Sole, and Truffle Tofu Steak round out the offerings. Desserts, including the in-house Cheesecake, Chocolate Marquise Cake, and Tiramisu, provide a sweet finish—reflecting a globally inspired, comfort-led menu suited for everything from quick bites to leisurely dinners.

At the heart of the revamp is the introduction of the AM–PM bar, a natural extension of POCR’s culture of conversation. The cocktail program mirrors the brand’s coffee philosophy—precise, inventive, and approachable—with drinks that are both playful and thoughtfully crafted. Signature cocktails include Sprig & Giggle, a white wine spritz brightened with orange peel and rosemary; Moo & Brew, a blend of house coffee liqueur, soda, and oat milk foam; and Stem & Stone, a crisp gin-based cocktail with green apple and celery juice.

Guests can also explore bolder creations such as Piñapeñato, made with tequila, jalapeño, cherry tomato, and citrus; Aurora Bitter, featuring rum, banana, Campari, and coffee beans; and Vine & Leaf, which combines smoked tea and pisco with pineapple and lime. Alongside these are PO’s Espresso Martini, All-Day Bloody Mary, Malt & Mash, North & Nectar, Mentha & Thorn, and Sweet Spot—together creating a bar menu that transitions effortlessly from refreshing daytime pours to deeper, more layered evening cocktails.

With this revamp, POCR strengthens its position as a dynamic, all-day destination where coffee, food, and cocktails come together in a thoughtfully designed, community-focused space.
