    Planet Hollywood Thane City announces the elevation of Arun Prakash as Director of Operations, marking an important milestone in his successful journey with the organisation.

    Arun began his association with the hotel as Executive Housekeeper and through consistent dedication and strong operational leadership, progressed to the role of Rooms Division Manager. His career growth reflects a deep understanding of hospitality operations, people leadership, and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

    During his tenure, Arun has played a key role in strengthening operational efficiencies, enhancing guest satisfaction standards, and nurturing high-performing teams across departments. Known for his detail-oriented approach and composed leadership style, he has consistently contributed to upholding the brand’s premium hospitality standards.

    In his new role as Director of Operations, Arun will oversee all operational departments with a focus on driving service excellence, operational innovation, team development and overall performance growth at the property.
