Madhya Pradesh, November 13, 2024: Exciting development for travel and Bollywood enthusiasts— actor Pankaj Tripathi, has been named the new face of Madhya Pradesh Tourism. Known for championing the diverse beauty of India, Tripathi, known for his love for India’s diverse beauty, aims to highlight the state’s rich cultural heritage, wildlife, and scenic landscapes through this collaboration and will now shine a spotlight on the unique allure of Madhya Pradesh—a place close to his heart both personally and professionally.

Madhya Pradesh is often called the heart of India for its vibrant wildlife, pristine landscapes, ancient architecture, and historical landmarks. For Tripathi, this isn’t just another destination; it’s a place filled with cherished memories. Reflecting on this opportunity, Pankaj Tripathi expressed his gratitude: “I am deeply honored to be chosen as the face of Madhya Pradesh Tourism. Madhya Pradesh is not just a destination for me—it’s a place that holds countless memories and connections, both personally and professionally. Having spent so much time here filming projects like Stree, Stree 2, Lukka Chhupi, Oh My God 2 and Ludo, I’ve experienced firsthand the captivating landscapes, the warmth of the people, and the unmatched cultural richness that define Madhya Pradesh”.

He further adds, “As someone who genuinely believes in the power of travel to open minds and enrich lives, I couldn’t be more excited to help showcase the beauty of this state to the world. From untouched natural wonders to majestic architectural sites and vibrant wildlife, Madhya Pradesh has something for every traveller. I’ve always preferred exploring India’s own treasures over travelling abroad, and Madhya Pradesh truly stands out as one of the most remarkable places to visit in the country. This role allows me to share that love with others and hopefully inspire people to discover the wonders of Madhya Pradesh.” Madhya Pradesh Tourism, now with Pankaj Tripathi as the new face of state tourism, aims to showcase the state’s wide range of attractions. For travellers from all over the country and the world, Madhya Pradesh means incredible wildlife adventures, UNESCO World Heritage sites, spiritual and architectural landmarks, and spectacular food culture. With his genuine love for the state and his reputation as one of India’s most admired actors, this collaboration is expected to bring new energy and attention to Madhya Pradesh’s tourism offerings. As the face of MP Tourism, Tripathi will lead campaigns encouraging travellers from around the world to experience the magic of Madhya Pradesh. With iconic sites like the ancient temples of Khajuraho, the majestic forts of Gwalior, and the lush jungles of Kanha and Bandhavgarh, Tripathi and Madhya Pradesh Tourism invite adventurers to explore one of India’s most storied regions.

The actor believes travelling and discovering the world is important for one’s personal growth. “As someone who believes in the power of travel to open minds, I couldn’t be more excited to help showcase the beauty of this state. I’ve always preferred exploring India’s own treasures over travelling abroad, and Madhya Pradesh stands out as one of the most remarkable places to visit in the country,” he adds.
