On September 21st to 22nd, 2024, from 7:30 AM to 11 AM, SAZ American Brasserie, BKC, will be transformed for breakfast lovers. The pop-up will feature a delectable menu curated by Chef Ralph Prazeres & Chef Picu, the childhood buddy duo.
Chef Picu, the Chef Partner at Passcode Hospitality, known for his innovative culinary creations, expresses his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “If there’s a breakfast worth waking up for, it’s at Padaria Prazeres. With Chef Ralph back in the Saz the kitchen, Bombay, get ready to be blown away.”
Chef Ralph Prazeres adds, “I’m excited to be back in Mumbai again. The city and its people have always been great to us, and we can’t wait to feed you all again. This time around, we’re coming back with a bigger menu, featuring some old favorites, as well as exciting new additions. This is our second time doing a pop-up with SAZ, and we are super excited for this collaboration.”
The menu will feature a delightful array of breakfast options, including classic favorites like the Pastéis de Nata (flaky Portuguese egg custard tarts), Palmiers (heart-shaped, flaky French pastry), and Berliners (German-style doughnuts). For a more savory start to your day, try the Goan Egg Bowl, Bacon Egg & Cheddar Sando, or the Prawn Cocktail Sandwich.
To complement the delicious food, the pop-up will also offer a selection of refreshing cocktails, including the Breakfast Martini, Peanut Butter Manhattan, Umeshu Royale, and Spiced Baileys Hot Chocolate.
