Opus at Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai has been recognised with the Award of Excellence at the Wine Spectator Restaurant Awards 2026, honouring the restaurant’s exceptional wine programme and its commitment to pairing fine wines with memorable dining. Presented annually by Wine Spectator, the Restaurant Awards recognise restaurants whose wine lists complement their cuisine while offering quality and choice for wine lovers.

“At Opus, we have always believed that a great wine list should feel like a natural extension of the menu, not an afterthought. This recognition from Wine Spectator is a wonderful acknowledgment of that philosophy and of the team’s dedication to making every meal, whether it is breakfast or a celebratory dinner, feel complete,” said Nitesh Gandhi, General Manager, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

The restaurant’s EuroCave showcases a curated collection of labels from renowned wine regions across the world, carefully selected to complement its globally inspired menu. Bringing together generous flavours, exceptional wines and a relaxed yet refined ambience, Opus has become a favourite among both hotel guests and Mumbai’s discerning diners.

“This recognition reflects the care that goes into every aspect of our wine programme. From the timeless vineyards of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Tuscany to exciting wine regions such as Stellenbosch, Mendoza and the Douro Valley, our collection has been thoughtfully curated to complement the diverse flavours of Opus while encouraging guests to explore the world of wine with confidence,” said Vishal Singh, Wine Sommelier, Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai.

Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai continues to shape the city’s dining and hospitality landscape. Home to destinations including AER, Gimlet Garden, The Spa and a collection of contemporary rooms and suites overlooking the city, the hotel remains one of Mumbai’s leading luxury addresses.

This recognition marks another milestone for Opus and further strengthens Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai’s reputation as one of the city’s leading destinations for dining, hospitality and contemporary luxury.
