The OPO Group announced the addition of its newest managed property in Karol Bagh, marking an important step in the brand’s continued expansion across Delhi NCR. The hotel brings more than 30 well-appointed keys, a contemporary restaurant, a relaxed café, and a beautiful rooftop bistro to one of the capital’s most established commercial neighborhoods.

The deal was finalized two months ago, and the hotel is now fully operational. OPO Hotels took over the property post-renovation, ensuring every space gives back to the brand’s focus on comfortable design, dependable service, and modern guest needs.

Karol Bagh remains one of the busiest and most diverse micro-markets in Delhi, known for its corporate demand, strong connectivity, and year-round footfall. Its mix of business visitors and leisure travellers offers a unique opportunity for OPO Hotels to strengthen its position in the heart of the capital. The company’s strategy has always focused on identifying high-demand clusters where quality mid-scale accommodation is needed, and Karol Bagh fits this approach with precision.

Speaking about the launch, Sandeep Basu, CEO, OPO Hotels & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., said, “Karol Bagh has a rhythm of its own, and we are proud to become part of it. This hotel gives us the chance to serve guests who value comfort, convenience, and a warm atmosphere right in the middle of Delhi’s energy. We look forward to creating a stay experience that feels easy, reliable, and thoughtfully designed for today’s traveller.”

The addition of the Karol Bagh property is an important milestone in OPO’s broader Delhi NCR growth plan. The region remains a priority market for the company due to its dense mix of business districts, transport hubs, and leisure zones. By entering established neighborhoods such as Karol Bagh, OPO Hotels continues its journey of building accessible hospitality options that meet real guest expectations while supporting long-term network expansion.

With this new opening, OPO Hotels builds upon its emphasis on growth in India’s most competitive hospitality markets and continues to scale its presence across high-potential urban locations.
