    Bangalore, October 3, 2024: Quattro is celebrating Oktoberfest from 21st September to 6th October. The fest is an ode to the iconic Bavarian celebration that has deep roots in German heritage and culture.  The Oktoberfest menu at Quattro features the finest delicacies from the Rhineland region paired perfectly with the finest German brews.

    The meticulously curated menu includes traditional dishes like Pork Schnitzel, breaded and fried pork cutlets served with lemon wedges, and Bratwurst, steamed and grilled German sausages paired with English mustard. The main menu highlights Rouladen, beef rolls filled with bacon, onions, and pickles cooked in a hearty gravy. On the side, enjoy Spaetzle, soft egg noodles, German Potato Salad, a warm potato salad with vinegar, bacon, and onions; or Sauerkrau, sautéed fermented cabbage. The dessert menu features sweet treats like Apple Strude, filled with spiced apples and raisins, or Lebkuchen, classic German gingerbread cookies spiced and glazed.

    Guests can experience the Oktoberfest, Munich’s iconic beer festival, at Quattro. One can enjoy an authentic Bavarian experience through the hearty food, traditional music, and a warm, lively atmosphere that celebrates culture and camaraderie.

    Quattro also offers a diverse menu, from Mediterranean and Italian classics to Asian and Indian specialities. Using fresh, local ingredients, their skilled chefs, led by Chef Roberto Apa, create dishes that celebrate different cultures.
