Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach announces the appointment of Vinayyak Ravichandra as its new Revenue Manager. Bringing over a decade of proven expertise in revenue management across some of the world’s most respected hospitality brands, including Hyatt, Accor, Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, and IHCL, Ravichandra is poised to play a pivotal role in driving the hotel’s strategic growth in one of India’s most dynamic coastal markets.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Revenue Manager at Hyatt Place Jaipur, where he successfully implemented pricing strategies and forecast models that led to improved RGI and revenue performance. He has also held key positions at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri, New Delhi, and made impactful contributions within Accor’s Revenue & Distribution Support team for the Middle East and Africa (MEA), overseeing inventory control, market analytics, and commercial optimisation for a cluster of hotels.

Known for his strengths in forecasting, strategic pricing, market intelligence, and RevPAR enhancement, Ravichandra will now be responsible for leading the property’s revenue strategy, optimising profitability, and driving continued commercial success across all segments.
An alumnus of SRM University (Affiliated with IGNOU) with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Hospitality Administration, Ravichandra has consistently demonstrated an ability to align revenue tactics with market behaviour, resulting in improved forecasting accuracy and greater guest satisfaction.
