    Visakhapatnam, 12th Jan 2023:  January is the first festival month which marks the harvest season with Makar Sankranti, Pongal Lohri and Bhogi in different states of India. To make this harvesting season more grateful, Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach and The Bheemili Resort are celebrating the Millet Food  Festival from the 13th of January to the 22nd of January 2023 from 7:30 pm.

    This year, the United Nations has declared it as the Millet year, and what better place to celebrate it than in India, the largest producer of Millet in the world. Not only does millet add a delicious and unique flavor to our dishes, but it also provides numerous health benefits, including being a rich source of vitamins and minerals. With a mission to offer a healthy lifestyle and to spread awareness in the City of Destiny, Vizag the properties will use organic millet from different geographical locations within India such as Amaranth, Buckwheat, Finger Millet, Foxtail Millet, Pearl Millet, Sorghum and many more.
