Curated by the hotel’s culinary team, the specially crafted menu revives forgotten recipes and iconic classics, featuring delicacies such as Haazma-e-Zam Zam, Lost Nizami Mutton Maraq, Asaf Jahi Shamiya Kebab, the legendary Pathar Ka Gosht, aromatic Roohani Kachhi Yakhni Biryani, Bagara Khana, Meetah Gosht, Hyderabadi Lagan Ka Murgh culminating with the timeless Khubani Ka Meetha with Gaadi Malai.
