Novotel Vijayawada Varun announces the promotion of Mohammed Akhil to the role of Operations Manager. Akhil has been an integral part of the hotel’s leadership team, most recently serving as Director of Sales & Marketing for over three years.
In this role, he played a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and building strategic partnerships. With over 19 years of hospitality experience across operations, sales, and marketing, Akhil brings a strong balance of guest focus and commercial understanding. He has worked with leading hotel brands and was part of the pre-opening team at Novotel Vijayawada Varun, supporting the hotel’s successful launch. He has also completed industrial training in quality and hospitality operations.
