Novotel New Delhi City Centre presents Punjab Da Swad at Food Exchange, its all-day dining restaurant, bringing the vibrant flavours and cultural richness of Punjab to the heart of the capital. Known for its dynamic culinary offerings, Food Exchange sets the perfect stage for this immersive festival that celebrates the essence of Punjabi cuisine.

Rooted in tradition and defined by bold flavours and generous portions, Punjabi food is a reflection of warmth, abundance, and togetherness. Punjab Da Swad captures this spirit through a thoughtfully curated experience that goes beyond the plate, blending authentic flavours with festive elements and an atmosphere inspired by the timeless ethos of food, flavour, and the joy of coming together. From the lively energy to the comforting familiarity of home-style cooking, the festival brings alive the true character of Punjab’s culinary heritage.

The specially curated buffet features a hearty spread of beloved classics and live counters, offering guests an authentic taste of Punjab. Diners can indulge in starters such as Palak di Tikki, Kande di Bhaji (onion fritters), Lawrence Road ka Chicken Tikka, Amritsari Machhi, and Mutton Shammi Kebab,  followed by iconic main course favourites including Dal Makhani, Chole Bhature, Kadai Subz, Bhuna Gosht, Tari Wala Gosht, Pind Da Kukkad, Masala Fish Curry, and Butter Chicken. The experience concludes on a sweet note with traditional desserts like Tilla Kulfi, Besan Ki Burfi, and Pinni, bringing the warmth of a Punjabi feast to the table.

“Punjabi food doesn’t believe in restraint; it’s rich, expressive, and meant to be enjoyed fully. With Punjab Da Swad, we look forward to bringing that philosophy to life through a menu that is hearty, flavourful, and deeply rooted in tradition,” says Chef Dilip Singh, Chef De Cuisine, Novotel New Delhi City Centre.
