The Flying Trunk at Novotel New Delhi City Centre brings a bar-led rooftop experience with a panoramic 360° view, from the heritage silhouette of Old Delhi to the rooftops of Connaught Place. With its skyline-framing infinity pool and contemporary energy, it sets the pace for Delhi’s next cocktail-forward destination.

At the centre of the experience is the bar. Built around modern Asian mixology, the menu blends street-inspired ingredients with refined techniques, pandan-infused gin with smoked honey, a Clarified Chai Spritz, Yuzu and Kaffir Lime Highballs, and a Tokyo Old Fashioned. Every drink is designed to be exploratory yet grounded, pairing Delhi’s vibrancy with flavours from the continent’s most dynamic streets.

The culinary journey echoes this inspiration. With ‘Silk, Spice and the Stories Between’, the menu travels through Xi’an’s spice-filled alleys, Delhi’s bustling food paths, Bangkok’s Amphawa Floating Market, and Kyoto’s night markets, bringing the flavours of Asia’s most storied markets to the plate.

“We wanted to create a place where people feel inspired the moment they step in whether they’re here to unwind, celebrate, network, or simply enjoy the skyline. The Flying Trunk is designed to uplift every visit, bringing a fresh, confident energy to the heart of Delhi and redefining how the city experiences its evenings,” says Saumitra Chaturvedi, General Manager, Novotel New Delhi City Centre.
