Curated by renowned Chef Rehman Mujeebur in collaboration with master Khansamas from Lucknow, the festival showcases an exquisite repertoire of authentic recipes crafted using time-honoured techniques passed down through generations. Diners can savour signature delicacies including Shah Galawati Kebab, Majlisi Kebab, Mahi Dum Kebab, Chowk Ki Tikki, Aatishi Khumb, Chane Ki Asharfi, Lucknowi Nihari Gosht, Lagan Ka Murgh, Dum Gosht Pulao, Yakhni Pulao, and Malihabadi Tahri Pulao, before concluding their meal with traditional desserts such as Sheer Khurma and Roti Ka Halwa.
