The upcoming mobile app will serve as a one-stop platform for customers to browse Nik Baker’s signature products, place orders seamlessly, receive personalised recommendations, and enjoy loyalty programs with redeemable rewards. It will also offer multiple payment options and a smooth checkout experience, bringing convenience to every stage of the ordering process.
Inside the cafés, the collaboration promises a technological shift through a modern point-of-sale (POS) system and QR-enabled tables. Guests will be able to scan table codes to instantly access digital menus and place orders, which will sync directly with the kitchen display and central admin panel—ensuring faster service and improved accuracy.
