Nara Thai returns to Yauatcha Bengaluru this January for a 3‑day culinary extravaganza. A beloved offering under Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, Nara brings the soul of Thailand back to the city with its signature warmth, flavour, and craft. Live from the 9th to 11th January, the experience offers patrons an opportunity to experience Nara Thai’s celebrated repertoire of classics-rooted in tradition, precise in flavour and deeply evocative of Thailand’s culinary heritage.

Curated as a heartfelt expression of Nara Thai’s devotion to honest, beautifully balanced cooking, the menu is inspired by the gentle rhythms of everyday Thai flavours—where every meal is a dance of contrast, restraint and pure clarity of taste.

Your journey begins with soulful classics like Tom Yum and Tom Kha, both fragrant, comforting and quietly restorative. These are followed by vibrant, textural salads such as the Spicy Raw Papaya Salad and the beloved Pomelo Salad—each bringing a bright interplay of heat, freshness and crunch that awakens the senses.

Together, these dishes set the tone for a cuisine defined by harmony: the warmth of spice, the lift of acidity, the softness of sweetness and the depth of umami—all coming together in a way that feels both nurturing and deeply satisfying.

Appetisers reflect Nara Thai’s love for bold flavours and varied textures, from the crisp bite of Betel Leaves with Chilli Lime Dip and the smoky warmth of Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce, to Gai Yang Chicken and Crispy Black Pomfret with Toban Black Bean Sauce, each dish is complexly layered, yet precise. At the heart of the menu are the curries—Red and Green, slow-cooked in the traditional style and offered with tofu, chicken or prawns.

The mains continue this narrative with dishes like the Chicken Kraprao, Stir-Fried Lamb with Chilli & Oyster Sauce and Stir-Fried Prawns in Wild Coriander, paired with rice and noodle preparations that are both comforting and expressive. From Phad Thai and Chilli Basil Rice Noodles to Butterfly Pea Fried Rice with Herbs, each plate is designed to be familiar yet quietly distinctive. Desserts include the famous Mango Sticky Rice, Tub Tim Grob and Chocolate Crepe Cake that bring the meal to a gentle, nostalgic close.

Complementing the food is a thoughtfully crafted selection of cocktails and mocktails inspired by Thai ingredients and flavour profiles. Drinks such as Siam Heat, Bangkok Burn and a refreshing Lemongrass & Elderflower Highball echo the menu’s flavours, while non-alcoholic offerings like the Pineapple Kaffir and Raspberry Ginger Collins provide a lighter, equally considered alternative.

Set up in Yauatcha Bengaluru, the takeover is a meeting of two brands aligned in their respect for craft, culture and precision, coming together to present Thai cuisine in its most sincere and flavour-forward form.
