Nandan Coffee opens its first flagship at Embassy One on Bellary Road, Bengaluru, bringing the story of its origin into a new urban setting. Built on a three-generation legacy of single-estate, farm-to-cup coffee, Nandan Coffee’s Bengaluru debut translates origin, craft, and ritual into a coffee-first experience designed for a city that knows and loves its cup.
At the heart of Nandan Coffee is the Nandanvan Estate, the brand’s estate located in Kodaikanal, where its certified organic coffee is grown within a biodiverse, unfenced ecosystem. For decades, Nandan Coffee has remained closely involved in every stage of its coffee’s journey – from cultivation and processing to roasting and brewing, creating a rare level of continuity between origin and cup. At its flagship in Bengaluru, that philosophy takes the shape of a coffee-first environment, where the experience is shaped through multiple formats rather than a single way of drinking coffee. The space brings together an espresso bar with four distinct roast profiles; manual brews like pour-over and French press, cold coffees on tap, and a first-ever dedicated Filter Kaapi Bar. The offering moves between the familiar and the exploratory – from traditional filter coffee and espresso-led classics to seasonal, indulgent and contemporary options, making the experience equally welcoming for everyday coffee drinkers and the more curious enthusiasts. The idea is to add greater traceability and depth to that experience and create a place where coffee can be appreciated not only for how it tastes, but for where it comes from and how it is made. This layered all-day experience seamlessly blends coffee, community, and retail into a cohesive whole.

The space extends into an all-day café, with a menu that draws culinary influences from Kodaikanal and Mumbai. The offering includes – Podi-Spiced Mari-wala Scramble, Bombay-Style Bagels and Nandan Tiramisu French Toast among other delicious fare. The pet-friendly space also presents a one-of-a-kind pet menu that includes Nandan ‘Pup Cup’ made with frozen bananas, peanut butter, cream cheese and yogurt, along with an array of small bites and treats. Guests can also explore, smell, taste and purchase a full spectrum of Nandan Coffee roasts and brews at the experiential-retail section, including a selection of travel-friendly products. One can also pick from the customized chocolate range crafted to pair with different coffee blends; and customised merchandise including hand-made ceramic cups.
“Everything at Nandan Coffee begins at the estate,” says Yahvi Mariwala, Co-founder of Nandan Coffee. “We grow, process, and roast our coffee ourselves at our estate, and then bring it directly into our spaces. That closeness to origin allows us to preserve quality, remain consistent and create a coffee experience that is deeply personal and rooted in provenance. There are a few cities that welcome a new coffee address quite like Bengaluru. With our first flagship, Nandan Coffee aims to bring a little of Kodaikanal’s wild canopy, organic abundance, and unhurried spirit into the heart of Bengaluru’s urban life,” she added.
