Bengaluru, December 6, 2024: Muro Cafè debuts with an enticing array of Asian breakfast classics, serving Thai, Cantonese and other Asian-inspired dishes. Imagine your weekend experience featuring signature coffee blends & micro-lots of coffee from 3 of the best estates from Chikmaglur, alongside classic breakfast delicacies such as Crab Omelette, Khao Soi, Egg & Meat Sandwiches, Hong Kong French Toast, and sweet treats like Fresh Fruit Danish and Basque Cheesecake.

Muro has been serving authentic Thai and Cantonese food with the freshest ingredients from the region. Muro’s mission has been simple: bringing the best of Thai and Cantonese food to the people of Bangalore. Through MuroCafè, Muro is broadening the scope of that mission with an inventive breakfast menu created by the Chefs at Muro, bringing the best of Thai & Cantonese and other Asian regional twists to Western breakfast staples.

At Muro Cafè, which opened its door this November for breakfast, Niharika Raval and her team of chefs present classic comfort food like Khao Man Gai; cooked in 3 different ways to a twist on Gai yang – grilled chicken used as a filling for sandwiches. Rich & creamy crab omelets, French Toast with Pandan Custard & Danish filled with kra pao, chicken satay & pork neck, also make an appearance.

“Our vision with Muro Cafè was to create a breakfast experience that introduces guests to authentic Asian flavors in a warm, inviting setting,” says Co-Founder Niharika Raval. “We wanted to bring the richness of Asian breakfasts to life, making each dish feel like a journey through different culinary traditions. The combination of flavors and ingredients offers something truly unique for Bangalore.”

All the coffees are single-origin micro-lots. Classic coffees such as Americano, Cappuccino, Latte, etc are brewed with the right beans & roast profile – something that coffee lovers will appreciate. For those who are just starting to experiment with different flavors, Coffee Paloma, Wild Honey Latte & Salted Caramel Latte are a perfect start.

Muro Cafè will be serving breakfast every weekend and will eventually branch out to all days of the week, adds Niharika Raval.

To celebrate its launch, Muro Cafè hosted a three-day coffee festival from November 8 to 10 at MURO on Museum Road. The festival included coffee tastings, a session with the Planters from different coffee estates and an exclusive barista-led masterclass (at no extra cost), designed to deepen your appreciation of specialty coffee.
