Celebrated each year on 5th May, Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican army’s victory at the Battle of Puebla and has since evolved into a global celebration of Mexican culture, food, music, and festive spirit. At Monkey Bar, the occasion comes alive through a menu designed to channel those lively flavours and celebratory energy in the heart of Bengaluru.
The food menu brings together comforting classics and indulgent finishes. Tacos are served warm and generously filled, with options such as Avocado & Cottage Cheese or Grilled Chicken & Prawn, paired with zesty salsa and fresh lime. For dessert, guests can choose between the silky Caramel Custard Flan with notes of vanilla and caramel, or the Sopapilla Cheesecake Bar with its cinnamon-sugar pastry, creamy centre, and golden flaky crust.
The cocktail selection spotlights Monkey Bar’s signature Picantes – vibrant tequila-based creations layered with spice and fresh aromatics. Available in four variants – OG, Carrot & Ginger, Guava, and Mango & Chilli – the line-up offers something for every palate.
