Monkey Bar is bringing burgers into the spotlight with The Monkey Burger Fest, a limited-run menu featuring four indulgent burgers available from 25th June onwards for a month. Having witnessed the city’s dining culture evolve over the years, Monkey Bar is turning its attention to one of Bengaluru’s most-loved comfort foods – Burgers. As diners increasingly seek out familiar flavours done well, the festival celebrates the enduring appeal of the burger through a menu that focuses on quality ingredients, bold flavours, and the kind of satisfying, no-frills indulgence that never goes out of style.

The menu features four distinct creations, each designed to cater to a different kind of craving. The OG MoBar Burger is Monkey Bar’s take on a proper classic, a pork and beef patty layered with Monkey burger sauce, dill pickles, and caramelised onions. Rich, juicy, and unapologetically indulgent.

For those who prefer their comfort food with a little heat, the Peri Peri Fried Chicken Burger combines a buttermilk-fried chicken thigh patty with curry leaf mayo and pickled onions, delivering crunch, spice, and plenty of flavour in every bite.

Vegetarians aren’t an afterthought here. The Truffle Shroom Melt Burger brings together a crisp mushroom patty, truffle aioli, pickles, and lettuce for a burger that’s earthy, savoury, and deeply satisfying. Meanwhile, the Bombay Chilli Cheese Aloo Burger leans into familiar flavours with an aloo tikki patty, green chutney mayo, pickles, and lettuce, offering a nostalgic nod to classic Indian street-food flavours wrapped up in burger form.

At Monkey Bar, food has always been about creating dishes that people genuinely want to come back for, and burgers have long held a special place in that conversation. With The Monkey Burger Fest, the gastropub celebrates one of the world’s most beloved comfort foods through a menu that’s simple, flavour-packed, and built for good times. Whether you’re loyal to a classic meat burger or firmly in the vegetarian camp, there’s a burger here worth making room for.
