New Delhi, February 7, 2025: Monday Hotels group announced the appointment of Prem Singh as its Corporate Chef.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management Bengaluru, Singh possesses an extensive background in the culinary sector, boasting two decades of experience in managing renowned hotels and restaurants in India as well as internationally. His enthusiasm for innovative product development, combined with a deep appreciation for traditional cuisine, enhances the dining experience at the restaurant significantly.
In his new position, he will oversee menu planning, recipe formulation, cost management, concept development, and the enforcement of safety standards.
