Mocha marks its triumphant return to the National Capital Region with the launch of Mocha Café & Bar in the heart of Connaught Place. First introduced in Delhi in 2004 through its beloved Greater Kailash outlet, Mocha helped define the city’s early café scene with its warm, unhurried spaces built for conversation, comfort food, and connection. Now, under the stewardship of Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., Mocha re-enters Delhi’s social landscape with a dynamic café-and-bar format—relaxed by day, spirited by night, and deeply attuned to the pulse of contemporary urban life.
“Mocha is a state of mind,” said Riyaaz Amlani, Managing Director, Impresario. “We waited for the right location to bring Mocha back to Delhi—and Connaught Place, with its energy and heritage, was it. This space is designed as a true escape in the heart of urban chaos.”

Spanning an all-day menu rich in multicultural comfort, Mocha CP blends nostalgic favourites with modern innovation: from Bun Maska & Chai and Purani Dilli kebabs to Korean Garlic Buns, Asian bowls, baos, momos, sizzlers, and signature dishes like Matka Chicken and Dum Biryanis. Dessert lovers can indulge in Biscoff Cheesecake, Mocha Lava Lava, Kunafa, and the decadent Chocolate Avalanche.
By evening, the venue transforms into a lively bar with clarified cocktails, curated wines, and premium spirits—perfect for after-work unwind or late-night gatherings.
The design, led by Prantap Trikha (Praxis Studio) and Asif Kureshi (The Matchworks), reflects a concept they call “Fluid Lutyens’ Delhi”—a refined bohemian aesthetic with terrazzo floors, rough stone, terracotta accents, and subtle nods to heritage landmarks like Agrasen ki Baoli and Jantar Mantar. The result is a serene, textured retreat amidst Connaught Place’s bustle.
Rishub Malhotra, Franchisee Partner, describes it as “the kind of place that quickly becomes your spot—where great food, cocktails, and conversations flow effortlessly.”
With this launch, Mocha reaffirms its founding philosophy: not just serving food, but creating spaces where people belong. Whether you’re sipping chai at sunrise, working on your laptop, or toasting under soft lighting at midnight, Mocha CP invites you to “put your feet up and watch the world go by.”
Open daily from morning till late night, Mocha Café & Bar, Connaught Place, is now the NCR’s newest social heartbeat—familiar, fresh, and unmistakably Mocha.
“You’ll be in a Mocha state of mind in no time at all.”
