Minimalist Hotels announces the launch of its newest lifestyle property in Varanasi, a thoughtfully designed retreat that blends contemporary minimalism with the city’s timeless cultural energy. Built for the new-age traveller, the 22-key hotel offers design-forward rooms, curated social experiences, and intuitive hospitality rooted in community and connection. This is Minimalist Hotel’s third property in Varanasi, a testament to the city’s rapidly growing tourism and cultural appeal.

Inspired by the contrasts of Varanasi, spiritual yet vibrant, the property incorporates clean architectural lines, neutral palettes, and locally inspired textures, creating spaces that are both immersive and intentional.

Designed for digital nomads, culture seekers, business travellers, and weekend explorers, the hotel features high-speed Wi-Fi, dedicated workspaces, pet-friendly stays, complimentary breakfast, and modern in-room comforts.

At its social heart is CABAMI, a rooftop restaurant and bar envisioned as a tranquil pause above the city’s pace. Designed as a relaxed all-day dining destination, it brings together community programming and live music evenings with a globally inspired menu featuring

Mediterranean, Italian, Japanese & Pan-Asian cuisines, complemented by subtle touches of Indian flavours.

Guests can further explore the cultural pulse of the destination through curated experiences, including heritage walks, Banarasi silk weaving tours, sunrise and sunset boat rides, guided Ganga Aarti viewings, and excursions to Sarnath.

“With Varanasi, we wanted to create a space that respects the city’s heritage while offering a fresh, modern stay experience. Minimalist Hotels is about community, culture, and curated living, and this launch reflects that evolution,” said Gautam Munjal, Founder of Minimalist Hotels.
