With over 35 years of distinguished experience across leading global brands including Shangri-La, Hilton, Carlson Rezidor, ITC Hotels, The Taj Group, and The Imperial New Delhi, Nayar is widely respected for his strategic foresight, operational excellence, and people-first leadership.
In his six-year journey with MBD, he has repositioned Radisson Blu MBD Hotels, Noida and Ludhiana among India’s most awarded luxury addresses.
