As the sun begins to set over the Arabian Sea, the venue transforms into a vibrant social destination with curated programming featuring Melodic Techno, Afro House and Deep House music, complemented by tribal-inspired performances and internationally influenced DJ sets. Complementing the experience is a globally inspired menu that reflects the destination’s contemporary approach to dining. Guests can enjoy favourites such as the Truffle Cheese Dim Sum, Prawn Gyoza and Salmon Tikka, followed by signature mains including the Thai Red Curry Prawns, Mutton Irachi and Mexican Bowl. The experience is rounded off with indulgent desserts including the Tiramisu and Popcorn Churros, alongside a thoughtfully crafted cocktail programme featuring Chichen Itza, Pearoni and Mayan Picante. Adding to the experience are Mayan’s signature live tableside Oaxacan Guacamole and the iconic Pyramid Cocktail, inspired by the grandeur of the ancient Mayan pyramids and served with a handcrafted pyramid-shaped ice block that takes over 24 hours to prepare.
