    Bangalore, July 5, 2024: The Leela Bhartiya City Bangalore announces a 3-day exclusive Japanese Pop-Up experience curated by the renowned Chef Jerry Bernasol at The Lotus Oriental. Titled “Meshiagare” (meaning “Let’s eat!” in Japanese), the event promises an unforgettable exploration of authentic Japanese flavors. From Thursday, 11th July to Saturday, 13th July, guests can indulge in Chef Jerry’s specially crafted menu featuring exquisite delicacies, taking their taste buds on a delightful adventure to the heart of Japan.

    With nearly three decades of culinary expertise, Chef Jerry Bernasol is renowned for his meticulous approach to Japanese cuisine, mastering traditional techniques and infusing them with his unique creative flair. Drawing inspiration from his extensive travels and training in Japan, Chef Jerry’s menu for “Meshiagare” promises to showcase a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, meticulously selected ingredients, and a presentation that reflects both authenticity and innovation.
