Mannai Holidays recently unveiled its official brand ambassador and mascot, Ollie, redefining travellers’ brand perception and experiential travel in Qatar.

As travel has transformed over the years, brands have moved to curate meaningful and memorable experiences rather than just running a transactional business. Mascots have hence come to light to induce a strong brand identity that is both engaging and relatable. Ollie serves as a humanised presentation of Mannai Travel’s principles of trust, revolution, and customer-centricity. Ollie’s cheerful personality and approachable presence are designed to make the brand more emotionally relatable, memorable, and impactful in the lives of the travellers.

Speaking about Ollie, N.M. Shafiq, General Manager, Mannai Holidays, said, “More than a mascot, Ollie is a companion for every traveller, simplifying the journey whilst also making it exciting as the destination. Ollie is helping us humanise the brand, elevating every interaction with Mannai Travel by making it increasingly personalized, experiential, and connected.”

Ollie will be thoughtfully introduced across Mannai Holiday’s marketing campaigns, digital channels, and customer experiences, which will span a variety of services, including guiding the travellers virtually or adding vibrancy to offline activations. Ollie’s role exceeds being a mere visual icon—he is positioned as a symbol of connection, enthusiasm, and discovery that travellers can grip as part of their journeys.

Adding to Ollie’s features and how it aims to redefine perception of Manai Travel, Shafiq added, “With Ollie, we’re making travel more than just an itinerary—we’re making it a story. Ollie is here to encourage, assure, and remind our customers that every journey with Mannai Travel is an experience they can treasure.”

Ollie’s unveiling underscores Mannai Travel’s belief in innovation, wherein Ollie is envisioned to be the foremost trusted companion for travellers, a friendly face that believes deeply in exploration and discovery, and a symbol that sets Mannai Travel distinctly highlighted in the competitive travel scene.
