Designed as an intimate and immersive dining experience, the event brings together the culinary expertise of Chef Tius from Indonesia and Chef Madhu from the Malaka Culinary Team, who will collaborate to create a thoughtfully curated menu that showcases their distinct culinary influences, techniques, and creative interpretations.
