Magnicity has unveiled the newly reimagined Euromast, Rotterdam’s most iconic landmark, following an extensive renovation. Combining immersive storytelling, contemporary hospitality and spectacular city views, the transformed attraction offers a refreshed experience for international visitors and presents new opportunities for the Indian travel trade to showcase Rotterdam as part of premium European itineraries.

Standing 185 metres above the city, Euromast has been an integral part of Rotterdam’s skyline for over 65 years. Today, the landmark has evolved beyond a traditional observation tower into a destination where visitors can discover the city’s rich heritage, innovative spirit and vibrant culture through a series of thoughtfully curated experiences.

A key highlight of the transformation is ‘The Rise of Rotterdam’, an interactive multimedia experience that takes visitors through more than 800 years of the city’s history. Through engaging visual storytelling and immersive technology, guests gain a deeper understanding of Rotterdam’s remarkable journey to becoming one of Europe’s most innovative and multicultural cities before ascending the tower.

The renovation also introduces a redesigned ‘Brasserie Euromast’, offering an elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. Designed to welcome leisure travellers, groups and corporate guests alike, the contemporary restaurant showcases international cuisine prepared with locally sourced ingredients within interiors inspired by Rotterdam’s maritime heritage.

Visitors can also experience the iconic ‘Euroscoop’, the rotating glass elevator that has been enhanced with multimedia effects, immersive storytelling and a transparent smart glass floor, culminating in breathtaking 360-degree views from the top of the tower.

Beyond its observation decks, Euromast continues to offer a diverse portfolio of experiences, including exclusive overnight hotel suites suspended 100 metres above the city, abseiling adventures, premium dining, retail experiences, and venues for corporate events, celebrations and private functions.

As one of the world’s fastest-growing outbound travel markets, India continues to present significant opportunities for destinations offering distinctive and experience-led tourism. With Indian travellers increasingly seeking immersive city experiences, premium accommodations and curated itineraries, the renewed Euromast provides travel partners with a unique attraction that complements leisure, luxury and MICE programmes across the Netherlands.

Commenting on the transformation, Alexia Vettier, CEO of Magnicity, said: “The renewed Euromast reflects Magnicity vision of creating memorable urban experiences that go beyond sightseeing. By bringing together Rotterdam’s rich heritage, innovation and hospitality, we are offering visitors a new way to discover one of Europe’s most dynamic cities. India continues to be an increasingly important outbound market for Europe, and we look forward to welcoming more Indian travellers to experience Rotterdam from this unique perspective.”

The renewed Euromast is now open to visitors, inviting travellers to experience Rotterdam through immersive storytelling, exceptional hospitality and unparalleled panoramic views.
