According to him, the brand’s culinary journey is inspired by over 14,000 kilometers of travel across India, during which traditional recipes, local flavours, and forgotten food stories were discovered and brought together under one roof.
“Every menu has a story to tell from different parts of India,” he said, emphasizing the restaurant’s commitment to preserving authentic regional culinary traditions while offering guests a meaningful dining experience.
