Lords Hotels & Resorts announces the appointment of Axat Sharma as the new General Manager – Learning & Development.
Sharma holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI. Over the years, he has been associated with reputed hotel chains where he has successfully designed and implemented training programs, strengthened talent development initiatives, and supported employee growth at multiple levels. His experience in nurturing people and building effective learning frameworks has contributed to organizational success and excellence in every role he has undertaken.
In his new role, Sharma will lead the Learning & Development team at Lords Hotels & Resorts. He will focus on building skills, creating growth opportunities for employees, and encouraging a culture of continuous learning.
