    Bangalore, January 2025: Quattro at The Leela Bhartiya City is celebrating Pongal on 14th January, celebrating the harvest season.  The Pongal menu curated by Chef Rajesh Roy is a scrumptious festive menu that showcases the authentic flavors of Pongal, the deep roots of Tamil Nadu.

    The Pongal menu includes traditional dishes like Takali Rasam, Sweet Pongal, and Kara Pongal, alongside refreshing sides like Kosambari, Mor Milagai, and Valaippalam. Guests can savour authentic accompaniments such as Appalam, Elumichai Oorugai, Manga Oorugai, Takali Pachadi, and Vendakkai Pulikulambu. The mains feature an array of regional favourites, including Karamani Porial, Pudalangai Kotu, Kai Kari Kurma, Poosanikai Mor Kolmbu, Urlai Chettinad Roast, Brinji Rice, Sadam, Masala Mor, and Sambar. The meal concludes with indulgent desserts like Pal Payasam and Paruppu Payasam.

    Quattro is a premium all-day dining restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City offering a diverse menu, from Mediterranean and Italian classics to Asian and Indian specialties. Led by Executive Chef Rajesh Roy, Quattro is known for bringing India’s hyper-local flavors to the forefront, celebrating India’s culinary diversity.
