Two culinary worlds collide as Hyatt Regency Delhi plays host to Grissini, Italian restaurant from Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. A legacy restaurant that opened in 1989, the same year as the hotel itself, Grissini has remained a popular destination within the property ever since, celebrated for bringing authentic Italian dining to Hong Kong. For ten days only, 28th August to 6th September, Delhi will experience the flavours that have made Grissini one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated dining destinations.
At the heart of this collaboration is Chef Valerio Mandile, who brings with him a menu that is both a love letter to Italian tradition and a showcase of modern artistry. Each dish is a reflection of his philosophy: refined techniques, seasonal produce, and a touch of playful creativity. Expect plates that balance elegance with soul, silken pastas, perfectly seared seafood, indulgent meats, and inventive desserts, all thoughtfully paired with wines chosen to enhance their character.
