Kerala To Open borders For Tourism from October
Kerala government announced that they are planning to open tourism activities in the state by October. The news was declared by Minister Mr. Kadakampally Surendran during interaction with the tourism panel members of confederation of Indian Industry (CII). According to him the report in details prepared by Kerala tourism department keeping in mind all the desired safety protocol.
“The plan includes highlighting the importance of wellness and ayurveda for immunity. The file has been presented to the chief minister and health department for their advice,” said Surendran.
The tourism sector has recently appealed to the Government to consider reopening the sector already suffering a loss of 25000 cr , thanks to several months lockdown.
