Karnataka withdraws all Covid travel restrictions
Followed by the Central government’s decision on facilitating the free movement of persons and goods across the states in the country prior to the detailed announcement of un- lockdown 4 guidelines, Karnataka abolished all the restrictions related to travel and quarantine which were in place since the outbreak of Corona in March 2020.
There is not more requirement of 14 days quarantine, E Passes or hand-sampling for the people visiting the state from outside. The state has reportedly banned medical checkups at state borders, bus and railways stations and airports. So this also means anyone can now travel to the state by road or air without having to face any mandatory restrictions. The revised protocol says those travelling to Karnataka need not seek passes through Seva Sindhu Portal , anymore.
