    Kai Bar & Kitchen Introduces a Special ‘Zenith by Kai’ Set Lunch Menu

    Kai Bar & Kitchen invites guests to experience its panoramic setting throughout the day. Elevating the dining experience, quite literally, they’re introducing a curation of 3 and 5-course meals with a special menu called Zenith by Kai. Your traditional lunch hour turns into a refined, unhurried and indulgent experience tasting the goodness of global dishes.

    Kai Bar & Kitchen is a bold addition to Bengaluru’s F&B scene because it doesn’t want to be tagged under a label. It’s an anti-concept restaurant that is flexible to accommodate every vibe, which you can now experience even at your lunchtime. Under the creative vision of Head Chef Virendra Singh Chauhan, Zenith by Kai brings globally inspired dishes rooted in exceptional technique and seasonal ingredients.

    Zenith by Kai has two structured menus. The five-course format, priced at INR 1299, starts with Salad and Soup, Appetizers Dim Sum and Sushi and progresses to Large Plates and Desserts. For a lighter but still satiating experience, the three-course option focuses on Appetizers, a signature Large Plate, and Dessert, priced at INR 999.

    The menu spans continents offering global flavours through artistry. Begin with Salads & Soups: Marinated Watermelon Creamed Goat Cheese with Mint and Balsamic Sauce, Tom Yam Gai (Bird eye chilli, Thai herb and chicken) or Bouillabaisse (a classic French fish stew). Appetizers have craft with fusion and flavour in Vine Tomato Tostas, Kyoto Mushrooms, Jalapeno Chicken, Paneer Khurchan Tart, or the Sous Vide Chicken Sukha. Fans of sushi and dimsum shouldn’t miss out on the Truffle Edamame and Asparagus Dumplings, Green Paradise Sushi, or the Pan Seared Basil, Chilli and Prawn Gyoza. The generous main course includes Broccoli Asparagus Conchiglie, Penang Curry, Harissa Chicken and Malabar Seared Fish. And Desserts closes things out on a deliberate high: Tiramisu, After Dark crafted with single-origin dark chocolate, and a Chocolate Cranberry Cookie Tart.
