Chef Amandeep Singh’s interest in the culinary profession began early and developed into a career shaped by operational discipline and hands-on experience across a range of hospitality environments. Over the years, he has been associated with more than 15 hotel pre-openings and task force assignments, contributing to the successful launch and development of food and beverage operations.
Among his notable assignments was his selection for the relaunch and renovation task force at Renaissance Kuala Lumpur Hotel & Convention Centre, where he worked on reopening multiple dining concepts. He has also independently led culinary operations at Holiday Inn Jaipur, Indore Marriott, and Radisson Blu Agra, managing kitchens through different operational phases and focusing on quality and execution.
During his tenure at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, he oversaw a brigade of more than 120 culinary professionals while managing large banquet operations and multiple restaurant venues. His experience across luxury hospitality has strengthened his expertise in team management, large-scale operations, and guest dining experiences.
In his current role at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, he will lead the resort’s culinary operations with a focus on showcasing regional ingredients and delivering dining experiences that reflect the property’s commitment to quality and hospitality.
