With nearly three decades of rich experience in luxury hospitality, Vishal brings a dynamic blend of people-focused leadership, operational expertise and strategic vision shaped across leading hotel brands in India. Most recently, as General Manager of JW Marriott Chandigarh, he played a pivotal role in driving sustained performance, strengthening brand presence and elevating the overall guest experience.

A Delhi native who grew up in a defence family, Vishal has strong roots in the city and a deep understanding of its evolving hospitality landscape. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, discovering new cuisines and staying active through running and trekking.
