The three day celebration of Oriental Cuisine from 10th to 12th July promises a thoughtfully crafted menu that pays homage to beloved Oriental classics, prepared with authentic techniques and bold flavours.
From comforting favourites to vibrant stir fries and live specialties, guests can savour an extensive spread featuring signature dishes such as Vegetable Manchurian Dumplings, Hot Garlic Chicken, Chili Oyster Fish, Kung Pao Chicken, Lemon Chili Prawns, and Five Treasure Vegetables. The menu also includes a variety of flavour packed rice and noodle preparations including Schezwan Fried Rice, Burnt Garlic Fried Rice, Hakka Chowmein, Cantonese Chowmein, and Pan-Fried Noodles, complemented by a live Chopsuey Counter. Vegetarian delights such as Schezwan Mushroom Stir Fry and White Garlic Pokchoy & Chinese Cabbage round out the experience, offering something for every palate.
