India, September 12, 2024: Israel Ministry of Tourism (IMOT) recently participated in the 7th edition of Business & Luxury Travel Mart (BLTM). The event, held at the India International Convention Centre (IICC) in New Delhi, provided IMOT with a strategic platform to engage with key stakeholders in the Business+Leisure and MICE travel segments from across the country and abroad.
Throughout the three-day event, the team displayed Israel’s multifaceted travel experiences, emphasizing its unique blend of historical richness, cultural diversity, and modern amenities that cater to both business and leisure travellers. The Israel pavilion attracted significant attention from buyers, travel trade partners, and industry professionals and media houses, reinforcing Israel’s position as a premier destination for MICE and luxury travel.
Amruta Bangera, Director of Marketing, Israel Ministry of Tourism, India, while talking about IMOT’s participation, said, “BLTM 2024 has provided us with an invaluable opportunity to connect with decision-makers in the Business+Leisure and MICE travel segments, given India is one of Israel’s top four source markets for outbound tourism. The Israel pavilion at BLTM 2024 also highlighted state-of-the-art MICE facilities, unique team-building experiences, and luxury accommodations, all underpinned by a strong emphasis on traveller’s safety. IMOT representatives provided detailed information on the current situation, safety measures, and travel guidelines to address any concerns. This participation aligns with IMOT’s strategy to position Israel as a preferred destination for MICE and luxury travel from India.
