Int2Cruises has been appointed as the preferred Indian sales agent by Aroya Cruises, Saudi Arabia’s first homegrown cruise line. The partnership strengthens Int2Cruises portfolio of global cruise offerings and introduces Indian travellers to a new cruise region spanning the Red Sea, the Arabian Gulf and select Mediterranean routes.

Developed under Cruise Saudi, Aroya Cruises’ flagship ship features 19 decks, a guest capacity of 4,764 and a 2:1 guest to crew ratio, positioning it firmly in the premium cruise segment.

The ship offers an extensive onboard experience, including 12 restaurants, 17 lounges, a dedicated water park and 20 entertainment venues. Key highlights include a 1018-seater main theater, a VR Zone and one of the largest kids zones in the cruise industry. Guests can also enjoy an elevated retail experience with over 250 local and international brands onboard.

But that’s not all the ship offers thoughtfully designed spaces for adults. Water slides and a large football and basketball court, vertical climbing walls and leisure options such as a Shisha Lounge, a Sky Pool Lounge, and a mini golf, ensuring a balanced experience for travellers across age groups.

Aroya Cruises operates a range of itineraries catering to varied travel preferences, including 3–7 Arabian Gulf sailings, 3–5 night Red Sea itineraries departing from Jeddah, covering destinations across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and Sharm El Sheikh, as well as select 7-night Mediterranean sailings.

Commenting on the partnership, Vinu Vijay, Co-Founder & Head of Operations of Int2Cruises, said, “Our data shows that Indian travellers increasingly prefer shorter 3-5 night cruise holidays that are easy to plan and closer to home. The convenience of short-haul sailings, combined with immersive onboard and destination experiences, is driving this shift. Aroya cruises adds a strong new option to this demand, expanding itinerary choices with culturally rich sailings across Saudi Arabia and the Red Sea, alongside existing regional favourites.”

    Three seasons, three different worlds

Aroya Cruises offers three distinct seasonal deployments, each showcasing a different side of the region:

    • The Red Sea season (January-February and September-November) – sailing from Jeddah, these itineraries focus on natural beauty and heritage, featuring coral reefs, desert landscapes and historic destinations such as Sharm El Sheikh.
    • During the Arabian Gulf season (February-April). These sailings explore key Gulf destinations, offering a blend of modern cities, cultural landmarks, and regional experiences.
    • The Eastern Mediterranean season (June-September) – Select sailings extend into the Mediterranean, adding a European dimension to Aroya’s portfolio.

Aroya Cruises operates as Cruise Saudi’s flagship brand and blends contemporary cruising with distinctive Arabic hospitality, creating a cruise experience rooted in regional culture and storytelling.

For Indian travellers, Int2Cruises’ association with Aroya Cruises expands access to short-haul, culturally immersive and experience-led cruise holidays, aligning closely with evolving travel preferences from the Indian market.
