The idea for Indulge Creamery Café was inspired by founder Pawan Saluja’s travels and his passion for exploring exceptional food. From the playful originality of Ben & Jerry’s in New York to the craftsmanship of European artisanal gelato and the adventurous flavors discovered in Seoul, his experiences revealed an opportunity back home. India had embraced specialty coffee and authentic croissants, yet the ice cream and café category still had immense potential. Soft pink walls blend seamlessly with a bold green tiled backdrop, while mirrored accents and a glowing ceiling create dynamic visual rhythm. The 500 sq. ft. venue is open, inviting, and inherently shareable, crafted for everything from casual café dates to celebratory indulgences that live on social media.
