    India Assist to create awareness on emergency travel assistance at 3-day event “SATTE”

    India Assist, the showcase startup of Government of India, is all set to participate in the three-day South Asia’s Travel & Tourism Exchange (SATTE), the largest travel show in South Asia. Commencing on February 9, the 30th edition of the event will be held at India Expo Mart in Greater Noida.

    By participating in Asia’s largest tourism exhibition, India Assist, which is the only global player pioneering emergency travel assistance service available in India, is looking forward to putting their services in front of the various domestic and international buyers and professionals from across the travel, tourism, and hospitality industry. The emergency travel assistance company focuses on providing verified information and on-ground assistance personal help, medical emergency support, on-ground support in theft, loss, and transit assistance to give a seamless and hassle-free experience to travellers.

    Talking about participating in SATTE, Mr Harish Khatri, founder and MD of India Assist, said that India Assist will be using this opportunity to showcase the benefits of emergency travel assistance and create awareness around the same. “Majority of people aren’t aware of the advantages of emergency travel assistance, and those who are aware, are usually reluctant to use the services. With our participation in SATTE, we will get a platform to network and strengthen our relationship in the industry. It will also help us do business and create awareness on emergency travel assistance,” he said.

    Well-supported by the Government of India, Ministry of Tourism, and National and International Tourism Boards, SATTE has a history in growing the travel and tourism sector.

    Several National Tourism Organisations (NTOs) and private companies will show their participation at the event in a bid to achieve their set of goals for the Indian tourism and travel industry.
